For twenty years, I built partnerships for startups and media companies - work that taught me how to read people and spot patterns others might miss.

I kept noticing a public health gap hiding in plain sight. The conversations that shape our health and well-being - especially “taboo topics” - are the ones we are rarely taught to have. So I returned to school to pursue my MPS in Sexual Health Education at the University of Minnesota. I am also working toward AASECT certification in sexual health education.

Today, my work explores how intimacy, communication, and financial agency shape health and well-being across the lifespan.

Most of us were never taught the relationship skills that influence our health and well-being. Power. Money. Intimacy. brings together public health and sexual health research, lived experience, and practical tools to help people make informed decisions throughout adulthood.
