Understanding What Shapes Connection & Health
I’m a sexual health educator dedicated to making evidence-based sexual health information accessible, practical, and free from shame. Drawing on graduate training in sexual health and public health, I explore how communication, financial agency, attachment, and intimacy shape lifelong well-being.
Before this work, I built partnerships for startups and media companies, where I learned to read people and recognize patterns others often missed.
Over time, I noticed a public health gap hiding in plain sight: the conversations that shape our health - especially the taboo ones - are rarely taught. That realization led me back to school. I earned a professional certificate in human sexuality from the Kinsey Institute, completed an MPS in Sexual Health Education at the University of Minnesota, and am working toward AASECT certification.
Power. Money. Intimacy. brings together public health research, sexual health education, and practical tools because the conversations we avoid often become the decisions we have to live with.
